Integrity Solution, LLC homeland security practice is being spun off.

Integrity Solution, L.L.C. is spinning off its homeland security practice into a new and separate organization-Community Rescue, L.L.C.. The purpose of the spin off was to leverage the capabilities of the staff without hurting the relationships that the firm has established in the homeland security marketplace.

According to senior management within the Integrity Solution, L.L.C, the spin off will be benefit the firm by allowing it to focus on its core business. The spin off will also benefit the new organization-Community Rescue, L.L.C.-by allowing it to grow without restraints from the parent company.
